- Standard processing times for individual stagewear orders, is 4-12 weeks. Manuge et Toi is a one-woman company, and every piece is lovingly hand made by Christina Manuge. Her services are always in high demand. In any case where it is not possible for your order to be completed within the timeline described above, Christina will contact you to discuss it, at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Christina will be in touch within 72 hours of your order, to request any information that is required to create your items. If your order includes a garment of any kind, a measurement chart specific to that garment will be provided.
- All requested information must be supplied within three weeks of the original date requested. Required information could include measurements, colour selection, colour swatches, etc.
- Any follow up questions, reminders or additional information requests must be responded to in adequate detail, within one week. Failure to communicate information within the timelines listed, will result in your order being moved to the end of the processing queue. Failure to supply the required information within four weeks after losing your place in the queue, will result in your order being deemed abandoned. You will forfeit all payments made in connection to your order.
We ship all over the world!
Your order will be shipped in an environmentally-friendly package, via Canada Post. Tracking is always provided.
Shipping times will vary from country to country. Barring delays, most North American deliveries take 6-10 business days, and elsewhere, 10-14 business days is usual.
Manuge et Toi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Our packages are not insured. If you would like to have your package insured, please mention this in the comment section of your order and we will reach out to discuss options.
Customers are responsible for any import/customs fees and/or taxes applicable to their orders.
Patterns and designs used in creating these items are the intellectual property of Christina Manuge, and are subject to copyright law.
No person or company may recreate or otherwise copy Manuge et Toi products without written permission from Christina Manuge.
Manuge et Toi embellishment patterns are also protected. You do NOT have permission to purchase unadorned items and then copy our embellishment patterns. We have made these items available for those who would like to embellish our items using their own creative flare (not that of Christina Manuge).
Manuge et Toi Stagewear pieces are made to fit your individual measurements! Once you have made your order, Christina will instruct you on which measurements are needed, and how to take them yourself. Don’t worry - if something seems off in the measurements you provide, she’ll reach out and ask you to re-check it before moving forward.

Cancellations are acceptable on a case by case basis, with the first 48 hours after purchase.
Returns: As every Manuge et Toi item is hand made specifically for each individual customer, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
